Madison, WI - FT and PT Nurse Practitioners
Pivotal Health's Madison office (and headquarters) covers all of Dane County with an emphasis on UW-Madison. Most of our patients in Madison are university students.
As a nurse practitioner, you’ll be the face of Pivotal Health, delivering:
- Friendly, compassionate, and convenient care in patients’ apartments, dorms, homes or offices using a company-provided vehicle equipped with necessary supplies and tools.
- General and preventative care for all ages.
- Minor procedures (splinting, wound care, suturing).
- Specialist referrals and primary care follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of nurse practitioner experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Practice.
- Unrestricted Wisconsin nurse practitioner license and national board certification.
- DEA license and prescriptive authority.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in acute, chronic, and preventive care across diverse populations.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in performing therapeutic interventions such as splinting and suturing.
- Technological aptitude, including comfort using mobile devices for charting and communication.
- Dedication to patient satisfaction, integrity, and professional excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pivotal Health's Oshkosh office covers from Fond du Lac to Green Bay. Most of our patients in NE WI are employees and their families of our employer clients.
